Instant and sharpened quotes are estimates.They're honest math on your answers, but they are not binding on either of us. Only a FIXED quote, issued after a site visit and accepted by you, forms an agreement.

Accepting a fixed quote means you agree to the price of the tier you chose, the payment schedule (10% deposit, milestone payments released on inspection, 10% holdback until your sign-off), and that changes happen only by written change order you approve first.

The contractor of record is a licensed general contractor — not the AI. Trades on your project carry WSIB clearance and insurance.

Your photos and answers are used to price and plan your project, shared only with the people working on it.

Cancelling: before work starts, your deposit is returned minus any materials already ordered for your project. After work starts, completed milestones are payable.
