Is an AI really running my renovation?
No — and that split is the whole point. Mr.C (the AI) does the instant math, scheduling, and answers at any hour. A licensed GC signs your quote, licensed WSIB trades do the building, and a human inspects every stage. Instant is the AI’s promise; accountable is the human’s.
How is the instant quote real?
It’s computed from real GTA trade rates, not generated by a chatbot. It starts wide (±30%) on purpose and shows you exactly which unknowns make it wide — answer them and watch it narrow to ±15%. The fixed number only comes after a licensed human walks the space.
Who actually pays you?
The trades do — a small fee for scoped jobs with pre-accepted pricing and 7-day payment. Your quote shows trade prices with $0 added.
What if the price changes mid-project?
After the site visit your quote is FIXED in writing. Changes happen only by written change order that you approve first. Deposits are 10%, payments release on inspected milestones, and we hold back 10% until you sign off.
What jobs do you take?
Basements, bathrooms, and kitchens in houses, Markham → GTA, from $15k. Smaller job? Mr.C will say so honestly and intro you to one vetted trade instead — free.
